The Green Machine

Fully separates and recycles cotton and polyester blends into new fibres and cellulose powder.

Maintain the same performance of the recycled materials.

Blended textile waste

A problem we’re all facing

There were no commercially viable separation and recycling technologies available in the industry for popular blended fabrics such as cotton and polyester blends.

To cope with this challenge, we have developed

The Green Machine

It's an efficient hydrothermal treatment method to decompose cotton into cellulose powders, hence enabling the separation of the polyester fibres from the blends.
